What ZionKit holds
- Your email address, so you can sign in.
- Your unit's setup: its name, meeting times, organizations and positions.
- First and last names a leader types to plan participation (a speaker, a prayer), or that you enter yourself.
- Callings after they're accepted, with the dates they were sustained, set apart and recorded.
- Contact details only if you give them, stored encrypted.
What ZionKit never holds
- Membership record numbers, ordinance status, worthiness, temple recommend status, donations or welfare information.
- Birthdays.
- Proposed callings or calling discussions.
- Anything imported from LCR, Member Tools or a ward directory.
Who can see what
Access comes from callings. A leader sees what their calling needs in their own unit. Stake leaders see counts and statuses for the units in the stake, not the people in them. When someone is released, their access ends that day.
AI and the Claude connector
Member names are never sent to AI tools. The connector for Claude returns counts and position titles only.
Cookies and analytics
One sign-in cookie keeps you signed in. Public pages may be counted by path only. Callings, councils and people screens are never counted.
Your choices
You can ask your unit's admin to remove anything about you, or remove your own details yourself once self-service arrives. Deleted people are removed from the database, not hidden.
